LLB 214 - Criminal Procedure

Criminal Procedure is a study of the method prescribed by law for the apprehension and prosecution of persons accused of any criminal offenses, and for their punishment, in case of conviction. It includes the rights of the accused, the jurisdiction of courts and the procedure in criminal cases.
